Public bug reported:
The configuration to build wcaxx.ko for the new A4A and A8A Digium cards
is missing from dkms.conf.
I added the following lines to my dkms.conf:

BUILT_MODULE_NAME[32]="wcaxx"
BUILT_MODULE_LOCATION[32]="drivers/dahdi/wcaxx/"
DEST_MODULE_LOCATION[32]="/kernel/drivers/telephony/dahdi"
------------
make, and make install installed the wcaxx.ko module correctly, and the
card works.
