Well done on the packaging changes.... that package uses really archaic ways of doing things. After making inline modifications, submission usually happens as follows:
Increment changelog (opens editor): $ dch -i Build source package (~= .src.rpm): $ debuild -S Comapre old .dsc and new .dsc source packages (essentiall unpack the two and recursive unified diff): $ cd ../ $ debdiff *.dsc > lp1622345.debdiff Attach debdiff to a bugreport, as that's something any Ubuntu developer / sponsor can apply and sponsor easily. More information about packaging tips and tricks can be found by googling for ubuntu and/or debian development. There is a coherent packaging guide too http://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/ . -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1622345 Title: [Wishlist] libstdc++5 should be built on s390x To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-3.3/+bug/1622345/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
