Hello LaMont, or anyone else affected, Accepted open-iscsi into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open- iscsi/2.0.873+git0.3b4b4500-14ubuntu3.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
