Note that there should be support for /etc/system/limits.d/10-juju.conf I'm testing it now, but it may be that we can drop something in there as well. I'll test it a bit, but if we have some tasteful defaults, maybe we can make it work.
I think we can change from their default so instead of "* nofile 1M" we do something like "@lxd nofile 1M" so only users that are also in the LXD group will get the expanded limits.
