All udev rules are copied into the initramfs, therefore one must use $
chzdev -e to activate all relevant devices, and run $ update-initramfs
-u after that to make sure those new udev rules are in the initramfs.

I guess I should hook update-initramfs -u into chzdev tooling to be
automatically invoked.
