Public bug reported: There is a previous bug for this: Bug #1569400
I just fell over this issue while configuring new slaves in our Jenkaas setup. The problem is that the slaves still run trusty, and mk-sbuild fails this sudo cp /etc/localtime /etc/timezone "$MNT"/etc/ because both paths point at the same file. Could we please SRU the fix for trusty as well? sudo cp -P --remove-destination /etc/localtime /etc/timezone "$MNT"/etc/ ** Affects: ubuntu-dev-tools (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1644384 Title: mk-sbuild cannot build xenial or zesty chroot on trusty To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-dev-tools/+bug/1644384/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
