Public bug reported:
Xenial ships cloud-image-utils_0.27-0ubuntu24, where the most recent
version that /usr/bin/ubuntu-cloudimg-query knows about is vivid.
Among other things, this means that when invoking lxc-create -t ubuntu-
cloud on xenial, trying to use --release xenial fails.
This is fixed in 0.29 which ships with yakkety and zesty, but could this
please get an SRU for xenial?
