Let us try to sort it out what exactly your issue is and where it came from.
To sort out the delta I'd recommend
git+ssh://git.launchpad.net/~libvirt-maintainers/ubuntu/+source/libvirt
There you see it split even better than in debdiffs.
.7 upcoming and not touching apparmor
.6 only allowed more in the rules.
.5 is about guest listings
.4 numa for arm64
...
Did you Upgrade Trusty -> Xenial or libvirt inside the Xenial release?
Also as I said take a look at the git, together we shall find what causes this
for you.
