Public bug reported:

I was not aware of any bug. However I have received a message every time I
have run Ubuntu over the last 2 or 3 days (perhaps 10 -12 times) saying that a
system error had occured and inviting me to report it. On this and only this
occasion has the error been followed by questions and this web page opening in
my browser. As questions were centred around Samba and Windows network it could
coincide with a wifi enabled Epson printer that my son has installed and,
apparently connected to our home network. I have not made any attempt to
connect to the network but I did notice on 3rd February that the printer
appeared in network settings. I don't know if this is of any help.
Regards, Brian
