/usr/sbin/update-initramfs -u
root 146126 1 0 Feb06 ? 00:00:00 /bin/sh
/usr/sbin/update-initramfs -u
root 199986 1 0 04:27 ? 00:00:00 /bin/sh
/usr/sbin/update-initramfs -u
root 221168 1 0 05:30 ? 00:00:00 /bin/sh
/usr/sbin/update-initramfs -u

Am I supposed to kill of them as all the apt-get upgrade and dpkg are
not running?
