Public bug reported:

I have Lubuntu 16.04 which uses lubuntu-desktop. That pseudo-package includes
liblz4-1 (= 0.0~r131-2ubuntu2).
I am now trying to install iRedMail_0.9.6 by means of its bash script, which
calls for liblz4-tool to be installed.
But instead of having the dependency liblz4-1 (= 0.0~r131-2ubuntu2) liblz4-tool
wants liblz4-1 (= 0.0~r131-2) and can't match it.
