I tried all 4 variants of preseeding time/zone:
ubiquity time/zone select Europe/Berlin
ubiquity time/zone string Europe/Berlin
d-i time/zone select Europe/Berlin
d-i time/zone string Europe/Berlin
But the installed always said: "Stockholm"
