QtMir has code where if Mir hasn't started up within 10 seconds, QtMir
quits immediately.
If trying to profile a QtMir-based server, under say valgrind, the perf
impact of valgrind causes Mir to miss the 10 second timer and so
everything quits.
Would be good to remove this timer
