Launching a QtMir server as a host server fails. Just make a simple QML
file, stop lightdm, and try
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=mirserver qmlscene test.qml
This should show your QML fullscreen. Currently it starts, then appears
to begin shutting down and crashes in the process.
I've found if I comment out the override_the_cursor_images() call in
mirserver.cpp, functionality is restored.
