Steps to reproduce:
1/ On xenial only: Hack the hardcoded discname in the script to work around bug
1673370.
2/ run: autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud -vr zesty
Expected results:
A autopkgtest image is created. This is what happens for
"autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud -vr yakkety"
Actual results:
The cloud init step times out.
