Public bug reported: After installation of provided grafana and grafana-data package and all dependencies, started the grafana service which brings up the http server correctly. Browser receives some 100 js and css objects and is redirected to the /ogin page, and nothing further happens. Depending on the browser we have either white or black screen with no content. Debugger suggests failures around angularjs framework. Easy reproduce with no further actions. Tried with 17.04 and have the same result.
