Public bug reported:

Whilst trying to update my software, the installer would complete and
then the icon would reappear for the item to be installed again. I
clicked on it once and then same thing happened. Soft Boot and then all
was OK. Tried to login to work PC via Citrix Xenapp and then everything
just went haywire.

Rebooted and then the bug was reported. Unsure if Citrix is still
working but will try
