First Stage:
Windows 7 and Debian installed in BIOS mode and was working fine
Stage 2:
Tried to replace debian with ubuntu 16.04 LTS in efi mode and failed
Stage 3:
Tried to install ubuntu 16.04 LTS in BIOS mode to USB hard drive and turned
into success
Stage 4:
Tried to install grub into fixed drive and shows success but failed to boot
into fixed disk
Stage 5:
Tried to install Ubuntu 16.04 in EFI mode and installation failed with grub-efi
installation failure
