For the record, the NAXSI set of packages has been deprecated since
14.04 and is no longer maintained in the Ubuntu packaging due to the
non-trivial nature of updating it.
This was echoed in Debian.
I am not sure whether a change to the packaging would be desired in
Trusty either so I will have to check with the rest of the server team
first.
