I've installed 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.3~xenial1 from testing PPA and it partly fixed the issue.
My headphones are Plantronics BackBeat PRO. A2DP works perfectly fine when connection is initiated by linux machine, but when it's initiated by headphones, when they turn on, there is no sound.
