I noticed that there is a similar issue with the path bar in Nautilus, this however, can be resolved either with ubuntu-tweaks (Tweaks -> File Manager -> Use the location entry instead of the pathbar -> On) of the dconf-editor ( org –> gnome –> nautilus –> preferences -> always-use- location-entry).
However, I still did not find a way to get the path bar back in the file upload dialogue of firefox. It makes makes the work flow unnecessarily cumbersome, if files are uploaded from different locations in the directory tree. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1614100 Title: Upload dialog in Firefox does not have an address bar any more for entering pathes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1614100/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
