This is really more of a bug with tracker/gtkfilechooser. Because tracker was chosen as the default for Ubuntu, its obviously preferred by gtkfilechooser (if for some dumb reason both are present) however, either tracker doesn't give a means to check if its running, or the gtkfilechooser patch doesn't implement it. The problem is if gtkfilechooser can open the library, then it will try to use tracker. I was able to remove the warning by moving libtracker.so files to a backup folder (they should be /usr/lib.
