Hello,
I just installed the ubuntu package
ii python-manila-ui 2.1.0-1
on an existing install of openstack with ubuntu 16
dashboard version :
ii openstack-dashboard 3:10.0.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0
and restarted apache + memcached
Now after login on horizon I get :
