Thanks for reporting this bug. It looks like this upgrade failure was
caused by libgtk2-perl not being installed on your system, which was
corrected as part of this exact upgrade; and therefore, running the
upgrade again should complete successfully (after prompting you about
SecureBoot).
Can you confirm how you applied this update? Were you using the
'Software Updater' interface?
