Regading grub-pc, you grub.cfg file has a ton of entries: 184! Can you
clean that up? From what I have seen, many are duplicated, triplicated,
or more. Maybe that "Grub customizer" tool you mentioned messed it up,
or was used incorrectly.

I think you should start by fixing your grub.cfg and then see which
errors remain.
