tk8.4 has been removed from Debian unstable, and should also be removed
from Ubuntu. obextool is the only package in the archive which depends
on tk8.4 without an alternative on a newer tk. This is an Ubuntu-
specific package, someone will need to take responsibility for fixing
this or it will need to be removed from artful.
