Mine, of modprobe vboxdrv:
modprobe: FATAL: Module vboxdrv not found in directory
/lib/modules/4.12.0-041200rc3-generic
Not sudo dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox-dkms nor sudo dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox
fix anything. Trying to use VBox again... $ VBoxManage --version
WARNING: The character device /dev/vboxdrv does not exist.
Please install the virtualbox-dkms package and the appropriate
headers, most likely linux-headers-generic.
You will not be able to start VMs until this problem is fixed.
