Public bug reported:

When downgrading a version of a package, e.g. `firefox` the following
warning is printed to console:

```
(synaptic:22903): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text '<b>firefox</b> wird durch
eine <b>ÄLTERE VERSION ERSETZT<b>
' from markup due to error parsing markup: Fehler in Zeile 2, Zeichen 10:
Element »markup« wurde geschlossen, aber das derzeit offene Element ist »b«
```

This seems to have no impact on the behaviour of the program, but should
be fixed anyway.
