wow, libc6 in an inconsistent state this is no good. Well you could try installing manually from the deb. Find the version in /var/cache/apt/archives or download it from packages.ubuntu.com [1], click on amd64, and download from there. I believe that is the same version you have installed. Download that and `sudo dpkg -i libc6*.deb`
