Looks like the nmbd service failed to start due to some networking
issue:

   Status: "nmbd: No local IPv4 non-loopback interfaces available,
waiting for interface ..."

Could you please attach your samba logs from /var/log/samba/log*? They
will have more information about this.

You could also try restarting the samba services now and see if they
come up:

sudo systemctl stop smbd.service nmbd.service

Make sure none survived: ps fauxw|grep -E "(smbd|nmbd)"|grep -v grep

Then start them up:

sudo systemctl start smbd.service nmbd.service

If that fails, run these commands and attach or show their outputs please:
sudo systemctl status smbd.service nmbd.service
ps fauxw
ip a

And let's take it from there.
