How much would it cost them to upgrade their servers? I mean, i know
doing that in place of compensating us wouldn't cover the *entire*
cost of it, but I would be happier if they said something like "we're
sorry we aren't compensating you for the outages, but the money we
were planning on using for that is going towards making sure this
doesn't happen again"
Probably touched up a little bit to make it professional but you get the idea
