Debugging note: just replacing the apparmor profiles with the xenial
ones didn't fix it, something else is going on.
I have two xenial systems now: one is called "15-89", and the other is
"22-96".
15-89 was deployed with trusty, and later upgraded to xenial. It's showing this
bug.
22-96 was fresh installed as xenial, and is not showing this bug.
Both have libvirt 1.3.1-1ubuntu10.11
