uname output of ubuntu 16.04.3  Installed system still pointing to 16.04.2 
It is fresh install from ISO .

Reproducible Step:
----------------------------------------
1- Install system with ubuntu16.04.3 from  
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/netboot/xenial/ 
2- run uname -a

LOG:
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 4.10.0-28-generic #32~16.04.2-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jul 20 10:17:50 UTC 
2017 ppc64le ppc64le ppc64le GNU/Linux
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$
