Public bug reported:

To reproduce:

1. Open gnome-control-center (latest 1:3.25.92.1-0ubuntu1)
2. Look at the vertical separator of the sidebar; between the categories and 
settings; it is misaligned with the vertical separator above it in the window 
decoration
3. Select Dock; the sidebar separator becomes darker and it is still misaligned

This bug does not happen in Adwaita.
