Hi friends here is (as promised on the GNOME control center bug) yet
another app wich breaks the GNOME's UX and UI with a horrible menubar,
could you patch it? GThumb is a default app in Ubuntu budgie and I think
it shall be uniform on the system, I am in Ubuntu budgie 17.10
