Could you please show us the output of the following commands:
sudo ls -la /run/clamav/clamd.ctl
sudo systemctl status clamav-daemon.service clamav-daemon.socket
sudo systemctl stop clamav-daemon.service clamav-daemon.socket
sudo ls -la /run/clamav/clamd.ctl
sudo systemctl start clamav-daemon.service clamav-daemon.socket
sudo systemctl status clamav-daemon.service clamav-daemon.socket
sudo ls -la /run/clamav/clamd.ctl
And then we will proceed from there.
