Most of the time, such problem means a non responding task still running in the 
background.
So be sure your system is cleaned (use gtkorphan & bleachbit to clean it).

Well I have a fresh instalation done when Beta2 was released (about 8
days ago). Anyway I installed gtkorphan and bleachbit, runned and there
was some trash to clean... what I did it... rebooted sometimes but the
issue continues.

I will try this "hitting 'Esc'" tecnic and make the journald permanent.
