Public bug reported:
After configuring the arrangement of my laptop's and my external monitor
in the XFCE dialog, settings are persisted after reboot, but not after
deconnecting/unplugging the external monitor's D-SUB connection. If I
reconnect it, the monitors are mirrored and the setting for the main
monitor is lost which causes confusing in some wine applications because
they throw away their graphic settings (not primarily XFCE's
responsibility, but worth noticing).
