Public bug reported:
I don't have a clear path to reproduce but this has been happening for some
times.
I've been hit by this in 16.04.
The bug is kind of random, at least I've no clue what could be
triggering this weird state.
Basically sometimes control of tabs get lost, and you can't:
- Right click on a tab, usually this would drop a context menu with "Move to
new window" option
- Move a tab to another Pluma window
The ability to move to a new window still exists through the menu
Document -> Move to new window, and using that still works as expected.
