Hello Aleksandr, a .desktop file is not meant to be executed directly.
They are typically used by desktop environments to provide a friendly
name and tell the desktop environment if it needs to execute the program
in a new terminal or not, etc.
You can directly run /usr/bin/ecryptfs-mount-private by hand in the
terminal without using the .desktop file.
I believe this program should be run as your user account, not via sudo.
