Unfortunately bisect is not an option, as there is always works.
That means whatever I build from git works fast.

In that environment there are fewer nwfilters registered (as it didn't went 
through pkg install).
Building all of them into packages is a lot of overhead for a bisect so I'll 
try to debug more traditionally what is going on in those 2x5 seconds.

But I need a repro environment for that that I can mess up.
Since Zesty is affected but more recent that is my preferred starting point for 
that.
