Didn't you see the notice at https://github.com/stjerm/stjerm that the
project is abandoned?
The 0.18 release was a few years ago.
Since this isn't maintained in Debian either, I think we should consider
removing it from Ubuntu.
If someone wants it in Ubuntu, they should maintain it in Debian.
