I believe there is a typo in the Ubuntu packaging delta (probably been there
for a while).
https://patches.ubuntu.com/c/cappuccino/cappuccino_0.5.1-7ubuntu1.patch
includes, among others, the following line in the rules file:
+buiild-arch: build-stamp
I strongly suspect this should be build instead of buiild, though I am
not familiar with how this affects the build.
