installation."
That message is displayed when the dock gsettings schemas can't be found,
what's the output of that command for you?
$ dpkg -l | grep gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock

Importance: Undecided => Low
** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
