Public bug reported:
Both PrintScreen and Alt+PrintScreen save a screenshot under ~/Pictures.
Ctrl+Shift+PrintScreen (window selection snapshot) does not.
The snapping animation is displayed, which suggest the controls were
registered properly. However, no corresponding screenshot is generated
in ~/Pictures.
