This is the error I get when I run `import eyed3` in python3:

      File "/usr/local/lib/python3.5/site-packages/eyed3/", line 35,
in <module>
        from .utils.log import log                                            #

    RUN apt-get install libmagic-dev
    VOLUME ["/app"]
