I'm also having trouble with an ASUS P5K-E motherboard (Analog AD1988B
sound card, http://www.analog.com/en/prod/0,2877,AD1988B,00.html). The
sound card was detected and working in Feisty stable, but no longer
after updating to Gutsy stable, so IMO this is still a valid bug.
