I second this. All I wanted was to download bionic images, but uvtool surprisingly deleted my xenial image without my say-so:
$ uvt-simplestreams-libvirt --verbose sync --source http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/daily arch=amd64 label=daily release=bionic Adding: com.ubuntu.cloud.daily:server:18.04:amd64 20180318 Removing: com.ubuntu.cloud.daily:server:16.04:amd64 20180316 I find that very surprising, to say the least. That's hundreds of megabytes down the drain that have to be downloaded again. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1688336 Title: add an option to not remove older images To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/uvtool/+bug/1688336/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
