Public bug reported:
I'm having trouble establishing a connection with a Juniper vpn. Using
NetworkManager, after entering a correct username and password as well
as a multifactor authentication code, the connection fails. I've
attached a debug log from Network Manager showing the attempted
connection. The only error I see is:

Connecting to this same server using the CLI for openconnect (e.g. sudo
openconnect --juniper server.name) works fine.
