Problem seems to be fixed in Gutsy so I close this bug report. I guess that the
new Intel driver wouldn't be available for Dapper and Edgy but Feisty already
has it xserver-xorg-video-intel.
Feel free to open it again if it still happens under Gutsy and with the new
Intel driver.
